We provided services across the whole Czech Republic. We assure service within guaranteed time in the Slovak Republic or Poland - by ourselves, or with help of our partner companies.

 

We offer the whole portfolio of services for administration and maintenance of our delivered solutions, especially:

 

Support: In frame of HelpDesk / HotLine we have established a hotline and e-mail for our customers for the purpose of technical support, resolving issues, or to provide councelling.

 

Service: HelpDesk / HotLine: 24 hours daily, 7 days weekly.

 

Outsourcing: For our customers we provide outsourcing for services in ICT area, mainly complex network administration, in "on-site" or "on-request" form.

 

Trainings: We provide trainings related to ICT for our customers - users, as well as administrators.

 

 

MONITORING CENTER, HOTLINE

Necessary part of our services is operating of Monitoring center, which is the center monitoring our client's networks. We provide 24-hours emergency service across the whole Czech Republic. Eventual issues will be fixed within 4 hours from reporting issue by customers, or detecting collision status in Monitoring center.
