The fundamental objective of TECHNISERV IT, spol. s r.o. is to realize jobs in the way ensuring maximum meeting of both existing and future customer's needs and requirements concerning comply, reliability, product safety, quality, price, as well as term of delivery, extent of works and services with respect to environment. TECHNISERV IT, spol. s r.o. wants to realize this requirements with maximum usage of knowledge and experience of its employees, client's and subcontractor's experience and with use of new findings in science and technology.

Company's management also realizes importance of data protection on necessary level to preserve its confidentiality, availability and integrity.

TECHNISERV IT, spol. s r.o. performs for every job following steps:

-          verification, it the job may be realized in accordance with specified requirements and valid legislation, and customer may get the service, eventually delivery within requested term of delivery, in expected quality and may use it for further development without restrictions;

-          uses equipment and technology of well-tried quality;

-          continuous inspection of own work to ensure continuous improvement;

-          providing service to all customers;

-          using procedures and performing actions to ensure security of information, regardless of owner of the information (company, customer, or third party).

To ensure providing service and delivery within requested term, expected quality, and in accordance with up-to-date findings of science and technology, TECHNISERV IT, spol. s r.o. management:

-          prefers systematic and conceptual management approach instead of operative approach. The objective is obvious - customer's satisfaction.

-          creates opportunities for employees, as well as external partners to participate on proposal and realization of necessary changes to improve quality across all activities;

-          invests maximum available resources into training and education of all employees on field of quality. The objective is to change whole company's culture to improve quality of all operations;

-          cooperates closely with subcontractors to reflect all customer's wishes into their activities;

-          pay attention of ensuring continuity of provided services, also in case of emergency, or incident.
